After the formation of independent Slovak Republic comes to an innovation of \u010cSAD Enterprises. Ministry of Transportation, Communications and Public Works of the SLOVAK REPUBLIC has decided to establish and the Slovak Bus Transportation state co. (SAD) and separate the Freight Transportations state co. (NAD) on 8th of December 1993. The Road Freight Transportations company were founded by the Ministry of Transportations, Communications and Public Works as well on 1st of January 1994. Main target of the companies is to achieve a strong National Road Freight transportation, including Logistics &amp; Freight Forwarding , maintenance and repairing services of motor vehicles &amp; trailers on the national market. ( the most distinguished leader company on the market of Slovak Republic) and INVESTMENT FOOD Ltd. The rolling stock, professional workshop tools and high quality of communication equipments assuring our best road freight transportation on market, warehousing, storaging and logistics distribution.
